  The shrimp fried rice was acceptable. However, I ordered steak sandwich with cheese but what I got was ground beef with cheese!

  my order was wrong and when i call then they yelled at me and said i just wanted free food so i over paid for what i got and didnt get my money back i will never order from this place again

  I've been going here for 10 years! It started out by me delivering their food during the week. I enjoyed the food so I kept coming back after I changed jobs. I know Charlie personally and have even done repairs at his personal home. So they know me pretty well and I've always had a good relationship with the owner and employees. But then there's the lady that takes the orders.... I ordered a steak n cheese and when it showed up an hour and 15 mins later, (mind u, I live on 7th st) it was cold and soggy. So I called the restaurant back and told the lady, very politely, that the sub was cold and soggy. Before I could finish my sentence the broad started yelling at me. So I hung up, packed the food, and drove it back. When I got there and she noticed it was me I asked her why she was telling at me on the phone. So she begins to tell ate in person. I told her I just want my money plus the $5 tip back. She snatched the food and threw $10 at me n said get out!!! Haha so I took my bag of fries off the table. THEN SHE THROWS MY SUB AT ME!!!!! This is unbelievable. Never order from there! Until that lady is fired (Charleys wife) I will never go back and I suggest u do the same. Btw my order was only $20 smh!!?

  Charleys Resturant is my go to for good asian cusine. Im from the northeastern area and their food comes the closest when I want that same northeastern asian food taste.
